Hand and Stone

The atmosphere of the reception area and the massage room is highly relaxing. It smells nice and there is a soothing waterfall right in the entrance. My massage therapist met me promptly and asked me where my problem areas were and what level pressure I would like. She did a fantastic job and I felt terrific afterward.

Tom was excellent and suggested a deep tissue massage for my needs. Also I had originally scheduled an appointment with Carolyn but she called out that day. Morgan was very helpful in rescheduling with Tom for the same day.

My therapist concentrated on the specific areas I shared with him. He was friendly and personable. The overall experience was very relaxing and calming.

After being a member for several years, this most recent visit was likely the best visit to a Hand and Stone. Both of the employees performing the massage and facial were friendly, knowledgeable and provided a great overall experience. The young girl who completed the facial had also met with me in September and she remembered the discussion and checked in on the previous problems discussed which was surprising and enhanced the value of the experience.

I needed to wind down after work, so my husband book a facial for me. As always I left much more relaxed than I came in.

The staff at this location are the most professional and seem experienced because they know the products and services very well. I stopped attending another location and drive farther to come to Broomall. I don't regularly see anyone but all the staff have treated me very well.

I enjoy my facials once a month and I love my esthecian (?) however I feel the reception area gets a little crazy and they are not always very knowledgeable when you ask questions.
