Hand and Stone

My friend had suggested getting a massage to relieve the tension in my neck and shoulders. Why did I wait? My therapist, Sharon, was fantastic at hitting all the right spots and making me relax. By the time I left the session I was standing up straighter, moving my shoulders comfortably, and moving my head without pain. Today, I feel Great. I will be returning to Hand and Stone very soon.

The whole experience is a very good one from booking an appointment, checking in, and the treatments themselves. The entire staff from start to finish are very friendly and professional. I never hesitate to bring a friend or family member to the Bromall facility as I know it will be a pleasant experience for us.

The massage therapist was experienced and had a great technique. He also gave me some tips to help alleviate the knots in my back.

Tori is wonderful! She listens carefully and is very knowledgeable about skin. She makes appropriate recommendations and has good ideas.

The Lawrence Park location is very convenient to my home. It is clean and pleasant and staff are professional. I enjoy keeping up with my skin through my membership and by monthly glycolic peels.

I have complained multiple times about the pitiful online reservation software and have had several problems with it. When I call to make an appointment I have to go through day after day and therapist after therapist to get a time I can make with a therapist I like. All while being asked to hold while the receptionist helps other customers. Annoying. I'd rather use an online service that I can see my options. The turnover of massage therapist is annoying. As soon as I find someone I like.. they are gone. You have also limited what I can do with my points.
