I’ve been going here for years and always look forward to my next visit.

Kaitlyn applied the perfect amount of pressure during my massage and made me feel very relaxed. She concentrated on my back as I asked her because I have alot of disc problems plus fibromyalgia and am in a moderate amount of pain everyday. I enjoy coming here and just shutting out the world for almost and hour and I felt very good when I came home. Unfortunately, I still have pain and probably always will, but very much enjoy the experience!!

The professionalism of the staff and the friendly environment was inviting and welcoming. The atmosphere and decor made a great first impression when entering. The quiet music and heated table topped off a fantastic facial.

First, I have been a client of hand & stone, Broomall for 5+ years. Tori is my esthetician of choice, and I book my appointments based on her availability. A lovely person. My massage yesterday, while very good, was lacking the finesse I am accustomed to at hand & stone. Caitlyn is a good masseuse, but her interpersonal skills are somewhat lacking. I'd rather she didn't try to engage me in conversation, rather than be abruptly asked a question to attempt a conversation. Education/training in communication in a softer, gentler manner will greatly improve the customer experience and provide an already strong masseuse with enhanced skills.

LaToya was awesome as always!! Total relaxation, exactly what I needed.

As soon as you walk through the door relaxation just kicks in. The entire staff that I dealt with were polite, friendly and very knowledgeable. I loved Danielle!! She did such a great job on my skin. And everyone is so nice!
