One of our appointments had to be cancelled due to estitician being sick. Staff was helpful and accommodating over the phone and again on referral. Very pleasant staff.

The staff is very friendly seeing if you need anything while you wait. Lauren was fantastic in providing my treatment & answering my question regarding suggesting what type of facial& about some new products in the room

The treatment room and waiting room were very calming. The treatment was very detailed. She was very careful to give me the eyebrows I requested. I also appreciated that I was not pressured to add anything on to my treatment or reschedule.

Lori is very friendly and willing to accommodate any of your needs. She's quick but highly efficient and always does a excellent job. The whole staff has always been friendly and helpful

I always have a good therapist who can do a great massage with great pressure. They are able to "feel" the problem areas with necessarily being told. Always very friendly and knowledgeable. The only Hand and Stone that is this consistent . The others are all hit or miss in the quality of service in all areas

My husband takes medicine for epilepsy (he is a bit embarrassed about it). The manner in which the receptionist answered his questions made him confused and he did not understand. She repeated herself twice and by way of both her attitude and the look on her face, we clearly understood that she was beyond tired of us, both! In her defense, she spent a lot of time with us as our schedules were conflicting with the times of our wanted therapists. This was a Saturday morning so I assume the receptionist was a bit busy. However, she does not know if her clients have mental problems, trouble comprehending or anything of the sort. I left feeling very offended and sorry for my husband. Simply asking for the receptionist to be a little more patient with all clients. Minus this incident, we enjoyed our massages. They were simply LOVELY!

Trina was a great help with a billing error and the facial I had with Kimberly is probably the best I've ever had and I work in Dermatology so I have a front row seat to aestheticians.
