I have a bad shoulder and Sharon was very knowledgeable about this type of issue. She was very friendly and engaged in what she was doing. I was very happy that I chose Sharon.

I have always found your staff to be most considerate of my health concerns. They always ask if there are any areas that need special attention "love that". My only negative is when I was "fined" for missing an appointment. I honestly had it in my calendar for the next day. I had to cancel or reschedule, in the past, due to semi-serious health reasons (open heart surgery/ COPD issues, etc).

The massage met my current needs very well. I will see if my budget has room for more.

The overall experience of the services was exactly as expected. The massage was relaxing and the facial is what I needed to help improve the condition of my skin. Mission Accomplished.

Everyone was so friendly from making the appointment through checking out. They were able to squeeze me in for a last minute appointment. This was my first time at h&S and only my second time getting a massage and the masseuse and staff made me feel welcome and comfortable.

I really enjoyed my massage. The massage therapist was skilled at knowing different areas to hit, and I felt as if she spent ample time on all areas.
