Hand and Stone

I had a heavy physical workload at work the previous week. My back had gone into spasms. I was in a lot of pain in addition to my usual upper back and shoulder pain and tension. My therapist worked on my back and made me feels loads better.

Everyone is friendly and personable. The facility is relaxing as soon as you enter. And they are all attentive, and you can tell that they like what they do.

Danielle is always helpful with answering my questions. She is wonderful and the reason I keep getting facials at Hand and Stone.

Tori my esthetician is the best. She is so professional and knowledgeable and warm and friendly.

The receptionist helped me with attempting use the app. (We were not successful so she called her manager). kari (?) the therapist was pleasant & friendly; she did not chat inessantly but was responsive in a brief conversation. This was my first massage in several year; I would like to develop a plan for regualr massages but it seems that my schedule & Kari's will not work in the future - so I will need to book a day/time that works for me.

The staff are knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I am always greeted when I enter the customer service area. The massage therapist also greets me and finds out if I have any parts that she needs to avoid or if I am experiencing any pain in my body. I have a long-ago neck injury from a car accident that I was foolish enough not to keep up with the exercises, so it causes problems sometimes. The massage therapist worked on the area, and it felt much better.

The massage was awesome. I don't often get massages which is why it's only somewhat likely that I'll return in the next 90 days but that's where I'll go for my next masssage.

Nas is a great masseuse.
