Laura was very friendly, professional and did a great job. This was the best facial I have had. She took her time and made sure I was comfortable. I left feeling relaxed and my face felt refreshed. I will definitely be coming back to Laura again.

The reception staff are great and always cheerful when they greet you. Dom is one of the best therapists that I have had, always feel great when I leave

I was in the room 6 min past the hour and my massage ended 48 after the hour. I did prefer the last therapist I had, but thats just personal preference and not a slight on the person I had this time.

The pricing was hard to find. I thought the facial was going to be 129.99, but was 159.99. I was not expecting it to cost that much and don't know if I would go back for what was done during the facial.

The rewards are too high, cost is also high. Prices have been going up a lot. All the great massage therapists have left, there is a big turnover. There are lots of upgrades and options to add to A facial but massage upgrades are very limited

Didnt feel a difference after recieving massage. Overall the experience was fine however my body felt the same.

Going over the same information every visit is very irritating. As is the 10 emails, texts AND phone call all to confirm my appointment. One simple text when booked and the day prior would suffice. You guys are killing customer service by pushing it so hard

Receptionist was not friendly at all, not welcoming either on the phone or in person. Tori is fantastic and is excellent in her job!

I can never get an appointment. Sometimes you’re dislike I really could use a massage you go online and there your massage therapist is with a free appointment in three months. Wind up with a buildup of credits if you don’t pre-schedule your appointments months out. Been going to Taj Accu Care, and no membership required and they start that counter when they start the massage you get a full 60 minutes. I was booking an hour and a half with you guys before and now it looks like that is no longer available. I was doing that because between The we have a consultation and changing clothes an hour and a half actually got me an hour massage. I’m going to use my remaining credits and cancel my membership , also no one ever offers. Hey, do you want to add on an extra treatment? I see you have a ton of points. So I have a ton of points and they never get used
