Hand and Stone

The service I received from Hand and Stone was great; however, my full booking time (1 hour) was not fulfilled. Once I completed all the necessary paperwork, I was not seen right away. Also, the therapist took about 5 min to return back to the room once I got undressed (which she did apologize), but I was also done before my hour time ran out. I understand that undressing and getting dressing is included within the hour long service; however, this timeframe can vary for each customer. It may take others a longer or shorter amount of time to get dressed/undressed, so this should be communicated with the customer on site. I would say I was only serviced for 45-47 min. Again, my massage was great and the time issue is my one and only complaint.

Highly satisfied would mean everything was perfect and far exceeded my expectations.. nothing went wrong but I just was not highly satisfied. My next visit I will take note if what could be improved for a highly satisfied rating.

The masseuse seem like they are only operating under muscle memory instead of giving personalized massages. I am willing to go somewhere else and pay more to be satisfied. Thank you

I was not wowed! The receptionist barely spoke or looked at me. My massage therapist was the last to get me (1:07- for 1:00) appt. Yet I was likely the first out of the door.

One of my confirmation notifications said the service would be from 1000am to 1115am. I was asked to get dressed at 1050am. The cost of the service was over priced for 50 minutes.

The therapist was 10 minutes late but still ended my appointment on time. She was not very friendly.

This was the best experience I've had at Hand and Stone in a long while. The new receptionists are a huge improvement over the ones there prior, who seemed to always be annoyed with customers, loud and distracted. The new receptionists are friendly, quiet and efficient. I am a member, though, and wasn't offered a neck pillow, though I waited for over 20 minutes to go back for my service. My massage started slightly late and ended slightly early, but it felt so wonderful that that is hardly worth complaining about! Big improvement in reception staff--I'll say it again--bravo!

The receptionists weren’t very helpful. I could hear them on various calls and were rude to those callers. Then talked about it loudly after they hung up for the entire waiting room to hear. I waited almost 20 mins after my appt time to be taken back.

I felt like the massage therapist was fidgeting around a lot, it took a little bit to get started . Also sounded like they were having a hard time breathing while working

Great massage but pricey compared to other places I go for services.
