The person that did my facial tried to upgrade me to a LED Brightening facial for $50. I later checked my email confirmation for my appointment and that was apart of my package, which I ended up not receiving.

The esthetician I previously went to left the location and I am trying a new esthetician. The issue is that the other one was really good and set a high bar. I'm trying to decide if I am setting my expectation too high, so I'm willing to give the replacement a chance. The available times does not normally work with my schedule, but last month, this month and next I am have holidays that I can make appointments. If not fully satisfied by the 3rd visit, I will either book with another esthetician at the same location or go to another location.

Everything was fine. Nothing seemed to standout as "Fabulous!" He was very professional, and did a good job. Ambiance was fine- heated table, music, lights. Past massages I also felt there was a scent that really seemed to add the extra level of relaxation.

My apt was for 3pm, I got there at 2:50 went to the restroom and was not brought back till 3:08pm and still had to change. I didn't get on the table and get started until about 3:15, and my time was over at 3:47 which I feel like my massage time was cut short despite my hr apt.

I understand that appointments run late sometimes. This particular visit, I had somewhere to be after. I was dissatisfied, but not upset about it.

I can only get an appointment during work hours. There is one receptionist in particular who is extremely rude that should not be working with the public and lastly, when I do get upgrades, I feel cheated because it cost me more money but it’s all done within the same 45 to 50 minute timeframe.

My esthetitican basically told me that what I was doing was wrong but did not tell me what to do instead. She also talked a lot.

I had booked Diamond Glow on the website. She was unaware. Then the receptionist said the machine was broken. I was not notified beforehand. Had I been made aware, I would have postponed the service. Now I have to pay for a 2nd facial in order to get the Diamond Glow service done.
