This was my first time getting a facial. I have nothing to compare it to. My only dislike was the price. Your website clearly stated facials were $69.95. But when I scheduled the app she said it was$129 but she was giving me the first time discount of $79.95.

Overall I think booking appointments is not easy. The online form sucks. Website is not helpful.

I recently had a massage elsewhere and the masseuse was excellent

My therapist talked during the massage and the massage was done differently than what I’m used to

The prices are ridiculous. $120 for a facial and then I am supposed to tip on top of that? Too much money for your services.

I am satisfied with my service. There were not a lot of times to pick from online... and apt were most available a 2-3 weeks out.

I did not like how they tried to upsell me to a better facial. I felt it took away from me trying to relax during the facial. Also, I did not like them trying to sell me products while I was leaving.

Called to book appointments over a month in advance and was hard to get agreeable spot. Booked two appointments for deep tissue massage, but was called 15 minutes before appointment saying therapist didn’t provide those. I was also told the next appointment wasn’t booked correctly either, so I had to re-schedule for a less than ideal time. Massage itself was good with firm pressure, but didn’t feel like knots were worked out as much as I would’ve liked - was informed that would take multiple sessions which I’ve never heard before.

Would have liked a little face massage.

I am looking forward to utilizing another type of service there in the near future.
