Cryo facial has not shown a great improvement for me yet. Extremely satisfied with other cryo slimming treatments received. Neck remains a problem area.

This was my first massage and it was a great experience. I was supposed to have my first at the glen mills locations and dealing with their reception and booking services was a nightmare. This was streamlined and easy.

I'm a member of H&S, and the massages/facials are significantly less than an hour. We're always taken back a few minutes late, given plenty of time to change and get in the bed, and staff walks in and starts service at least 10 -15 minutes after the scheduled start time. My facial last week was great but, even after starting a few minutes late, the facial ended at 4:43. So, the facial was about 37 minutes. This is common at H&S. The staff are always great, service is too short. Once I use up my remaining credits I plan to end my membership. I would be fine paying more if it meant having a full treatment.

My massage therapist introduced himself to me even though he's massaged me 4 times in the last 3 months. I'm not sure if he keeps track of his clients or not

Since this was my first time ever getting a massage, I would have liked better explanation of what to expect. Also, the head rest was uncomfortable.

The massage was good for the most part. The massage therapist knew what to do and listen to my feedback. However, it appears she did not keep good track of time. The last 10 minutes were pretty weird and uncomfortable. She seem to go in triple time to quickly rub all of the areas that were not tended to. I’m sure she’ll be fine with practice.

They staff were very friendly, but I was not asked if I have any allergies which I do to sulfate product. And Also, I was expecting to be asked for preferences i.e. if you want the therapist to talk to you or not. She asked about the temperature of the bed. No water or tea offered at the end. Its ok. I was just expecting a better experience.

Did I have a WOW Experience no, but I did enjoy my facial and the esthetician was great.
