When checking out, informed there was an additional $10 charge for a deep massage! Had no idea that was the case. When trying to schedule another appointment-for the next, or in 2 weeks- the best was 4 weeks out!

The receptionists are not that friendly and it seems like they are always annoyed when someone walks in the door. The services are expensive and you can always hear things happening in the other rooms (walls are thin).

The appointment was initially scheduled with my normal therapist, whom I love. However, I learned later that she is unable to do the type of massage I had requested, and another therapist was suggested. That therapist was fine, but not exemplary - I was chilly and uncomfortable with my positioning, and given my new relationship with this therapist, I did not feel comfortable asking for adjustments.

The reception area is a store front. Very open and somewhat noisy. Receptionists a fairly brusk . Would be nice to be offered water on arrival ir checkout. And to have the person taking calls be a different person than the one managing in person customers.

Everytime I book massage there’s an issue and no one is able to handle it without me calling multiple times of o didn’t like Lori the esthetician I would cancel

I smelled cigarette smoke , a little turn off. Just not highly satisfied , I’ve had better.
