I have always been very pleased with my esthetician, Tori! Unfortunately, I was not always happy with the front desk personnel last year and into this year but it did improve around February. As of last week the Broomall PA spa is under new management and I know it will be much better!

Trina, my esthetician, was very knowledgeable, friendly, and detail oriented in her treatment.

Tori is the reason I go there. She is the best estician in the delco area.

The reception area was clean, pleasant smelling, and very relaxing as soon as I walked in the door. The receptionist was kind and helpful. My esthetician (Trina) addressed my concerns, made sure I was comfortable, and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Best experience I've had at Hand & Stone.

The services provided by your massage and facial therapists are excellent. The reception process for checking out and booking a new appointment could be streamlined. The receptionists seem to be trying their best, but there is always some issue figuring out the service total, what's covered by my package, and what dates/times are available for future booking.

I’ve had a number of services with Lori and the experience has always been great. She’s very knowledgeable and friendly, and I’ve never been disappointed.

Very Happy with my visit and surprised to have aches relieved to a great degree. Aaaahhhhh!

My facial by Lori was excellent. My skin looked great afterwards. Very Friendly and relaxing experience that started with the warm neck wrap from the receptionist. Clean and comfortable spa room. Highly recommend this location.
