Hand and Stone

I have been having some back pain and the therapist was very knowledgeable.

My therapist did great but next time maybe I should be a little bit more clearer on my ache location.

The massage was okay, not great. It was not the full range that I normally receive - hands and extra time on neck and shoulders (which I requested) did not happen.

I love Dermalogica products and as a former esthetician I knew I received a quality facial. Elizabeth was very kind and professional. The staff at the front desk were outstanding.

Never an appointment available for facials. Hard to make appointments for massages .

No specific reason

Although I know it’s a hot stone massage- sometimes the stones were a little too hot. My massage therapist was so nice- I just thought it would have been a good idea to ask how I liked the pressure / etc or if the stones were too warm- but she asked if I had any problem areas or anything I needed to tell her. Maybe a little more education on the process. Also I add a 15 min head massage- I got the massage but I thought then I would have an hour massage but my hour massage stayed just an hour so I couldn’t have add 15 mins on - head massage was nice but not worth losing my actual massage time

Therapists used to offer bottles if water after your massage and tell you to hydrate yourself. They no longer do this. Mints used to be available in rooms. It's no longer a personal experience.

The therapist did not ask me what type of pressure I was comfortable with. She also never asked if I was comfortable while on the table. She did ask for areas to focus on, but she spent the least time on them. The pressure was weak and did not relive the tension in my neck and shoulders. I was not offered any water after and walked away with a headache.
