When I call the employees are having a difficult time with understanding that I go every other month and not every month with my membership. Also when my membership started a new year in Feb it started charging me every month and not every other!!! The Company needs to fix this and roll over what the peoples membership states year to year.

I am satisfied. The front desk personnel were wonderful. The esthetician was really great. I have booked another appointment with her. The facial was amazing! The only downside was the construction going on outside which was confusing finding the spa since it was my first time there. The pricing with the different memberships could definitely be improved upon. It should be simple not confusing. I am considering joining. This may not be possible but I would suggest a waiting area separate from the check in and check out experience. For privacy of the customer and relaxation of those awaiting an appointment. The staff here were top notch and as someone who has experience in the skin care world Tori did an exceptional facial and I enjoyed the service. The front desk staff were very kind and answered all my questions. I especially love that you carry the Dermalogica line!

My appointment seldom starts on time. For the past 6 months the actual massage time was 45 min, not 50 min. And the price has gotten too high.

Long wait times for available appointments. Had to book a month in advance. I would prefer the on line booking but it always says no appointments available but if you call you can get appointments.

I use to go to a different place and I stopped due to appointments eing cancelled and lateneses. I was in the ating room listeneing to a guy complain about an appointment being cancelled.

When I joined I thought that monthly fee was locked in. Since then I’ve had 3 price increases of $10 a time which is a huge increase percentage wise. My pay has not gone up anywhere close to this increase. I’m getting ready to retire and can’t afford this anymore. Getting evening appointments is always difficult too
