Front desk were more busy with talking with each other than greeting me. While getting the massage I continued to hear talking which didn’t allow me to fully enjoy the massage. Staff should be mindful of this and that people come to relax and not hear excessive talking.

Just had to wait almost a entire month for a appointment. I am retired and my availability is extremely flexible. I have 5 massages I must use in three months. How is it even possible? I had to give one to a relative just to use them. This is not fair and very upsetting. Highly disappointed in Hand and Stone for this ridiculous policy.

The owner was present and one of the employees seemed to me to be very disrespectful To the owner in front of other employees and myself as a customer. I’m a business owner so I felt for her but it was my perception that it was inappropriate for the employee to behave that way.

The Receptionistcwas eating our if a bag of Doritos when I arrived (not very professional), the room could have been decorated a little more tastefully, the massage therapist was not super friendly and the massage felt rushed instead of relaxing

Greta was very friendly, made me very comfortable, and was knowledgeable about the products being used. However, the facial irritated my skin and now looks worse than it did prior to the appointment.

Wasn't what I expected. I was really sore from A knee replacement and we probably didn't have enough time to really focus on that and the rest of my body.

The massage therapist I had did a great job on the massage, but she's very chatty. I come in to relax and unwind, not to hear opinions on masks, the economy, etc. She's nice and gives a great massage, but I could do without the chitchat.

I think the price is too high for the services . Also I was surprised that there was a 10$ fee to transfer the service to my daughter. I had the services saved up since I didn’t visit the previous 2 month, so I figured me and my daughter would get facials, but they charged a transfer fee which is not only unnecessary but also not advertised when you sign up for the membership.
