Given the highly contagious new variant of Covid, I would have like to see more masks or even a requirement to wear one. My massage therapist wore one, which I appreciated, but the front desk staff and most other employees that I saw were not wearing them.

The purpose of me getting a membership was to get regular massages because I have an extremely stressful job. Not being able to get an appointment and not having a regular therapist defeats the purpose of having a membership.

Overall I enjoyed this experience. It was my first facial, so I do not have anything to compare to. However, my service start to finish was under an hour (with intake/talking to esthetician and receiving service). I also explained that I like firm pressure at the beginning and felt it was light. The music was louder than I enjoy both in the reception area and the treatment room.

I added an aroma upgrade and the masseuse didn’t use it. It was a birthday gift so I was disappointed. Still a good massage though.

The entire experience was so relaxing. Both of my therapists were very pleasant and attentive.

You have to make appointments two months in advance. When you call they do not have any appointments available and suggested you book two to three months in advance

I had put in a request to have a scalp massage and use lavender essential oils and they were not done during my service.

Massage just not as good as some of the other ones I have been given . Girl was very nice though.
