my regular therapist has limited hours. I got a call earlier in the day that she was not able to make my appointment. That in itself was not the issue, I was slightly annoyed that they had put me in with someone else. As it turned out I was very satisfied with the new therapist, but on other occasions that this has happened, I did not have great experiences

The only reason for not rating highly satisfied was due to the fact that our appointment needed to be previously rescheduled. The day before our original appointment, someone called out after we waited 2 months for this appointment. We then had to wait an additional 5 weeks before we could get in again. Besides that one instance, our experience there was amazing.

I had requested more time spent on specific areas abd did not feel this occurred. On these requested areas i feel appropriate pressure was applied as it was deep tissue, however outside of these areas it felt more like Swedish than deep tissue

Appointments not available, therapists leave and they cannot reschedule to accommodate my schedule and last-minute cancellations. I've kept paying through the pandemic and cannot use my credits.

The massage therapist Sharon was excellent. The receptionist however, charged me full rate, instead of the introductory rate as it was my first massage.

Upon arrival, I noticed a note on the front door stating I did not have to wear a mask if I am fully vaccinated, which I am. When I entered the massage room, the therapist asked if I had a mask and I told him according to the note on the door, I didn't need one and he then asked me to put one on because he still wasn't fully comfortable with me not wearing one. With the state lifting the mask mandate, and me being fully vaccinated, I was somewhat annoyed he asked me to wear one because he was uncomfortable. If he feels so strongly about it, maybe he should have stayed home. I most likely will not be returning to this therapist, or location.

Not as much time was spent on problem areas i identified at start of appointment, focused on areas she felt like needed more work. The masseuse did not even introduce herself or the massage process to me, I had to ask what her name was at checkout. The massage was ok for first time getting this specified type but would probably look somewhere else for a little more in depth next time. Didn’t ask about pressure throughout and often felt more like a rub than a massage.

I was highly satisfied!! I’ve always had really bad shoulders and my massage therapist, Sophie, was absolutely incredible focusing on that area! Not going to lie it hurt a bit but that’s definitely what my shoulders/back needed! Love her and want to have her again!
