Hand and Stone

After having a great massage, I walked out into a very loud, crowded, bright and buzzing reception area. No one was rude or unprofessional, it was just the lack of quiet space.

Waited too to get an appointment

I've been unable to have appointments consistently with the same massage therapist. Every time, I have had a new person. Everyone has been good, but I just wish it were easier to schedule consistently with the same person. There seems to be a lot of staff turnover.

It is hard to schedule even a month in advance. Hard to schedule double services even 2 months in advance. Not happy the membership prices keep going up

No appointments available. After I made my appointment they called and said I had to move it since therapist handed in resignation. Difficult finding open times.

Everyone I encountered was pleasant and welcoming. The massage therapist was knowledgeable about areas that needed addressing as applying the correct pressure. The massage was effeminate leaving me relaxed.

The Covid issue has limited some of the things that made a facial a total spa experience. they do not offer a wrap around towel to wear during the facial, but that is not a make or break deal. As far as the products and procedure go it is perfect. My esthetician is so knowledgeable of what to do I get totally relaxed and always enjoy my time at the spa.

No particular reason

My original appointment was canceled. I received way to many emails or text messages to confirm my appointment. I felt like I was harassed to complete a survey and I only did this to stop the emails I was getting to do so.

There was nothing wrong with the facial nor the person doing the facial. My experience with another close by Spa 's facial includes more massage in shoulders/ arms/ hands which I appreciate. The other Spa itself environment, I found to be more relaxing. The price, if I paid the full price, for the facial at Hand and Stone and the other Spa is similar so for those reasons/ I did not write highly satisfied. I found the young woman who did the facial very good and the facial done well. The results of the facial were similar to the other Spa. I prefer to not do alot of add ons once on the table but would like to have these items addressed before the facial/ not while I am on the table. Other than those things, I mentioned... I evaluated this facial as a good experience.
