Overall good service and was pleased with the receptionist friendliness

There is always room for improvement. The place was clean and everything was good.

I felt like the pressure wasn't where I wanted it to be. I know that I have tough knots in my shoulders but I didn't feel like they were worked on thoroughly enough this particular time. Next time I will only specify one area rather than multiple.

I was very satisfied with Samantha. She did a wonderful job. I will book her again!

i wish the pressure was greater in massage - i mentioned once and she may have pushed a little hard, but def not a therapeutic massage

I felt that the front desk receptionist was not very friendly. She did not display good eye contact and focused on her computer. She needs more work on her communcation skills and hospitality.

Tiffany is one of the best masseuses at Hand and stone. She always applies the right pressure a d gets me out of pain.

Therapist was struggling with pressure and shaking allot. Massage was pate but did help with some tension relief. Would still recommend hand and stone in the future. Have had some great massages.

Guy on his cell phone in waiting area. No one read all the forms I filled out online. Floors were dirty in massage room.
