Hand and Stone

Allison did a phenomenal job with the massage, with the right amount of time and pressure. It was hard to block out the hallway noise. Lots of conversations were taking place outside, people coming and going, and no one using hushed voices. It would be nice to have a quieter ambiance. The room was also a bit cold and the blanket not heavy enough.

The reception area was not the best welcome experience. The ladies who were in charge of checking people in were bad mouthing a frequent customer who didn't understand how to use the package she purchased for her massages. I know all this detail because I was sitting in the waiting area before my appointment and they were not trying to be discreet at all. I hope they didn't talk about me behind my back when I went in for my massage (or others!).

Wet professional and proficient

The therapist was nice but the massage was not as thorough as I would have liked and how it has been on past visits.

Wearing mask was ok because it was worked around but not happy with not having steam during facial

Felt person was pretty new to giving massages, and didn’t rub full length of legs and arms. Felt person was still new in the field.

I was just disappointed that I paid extra for the foot add on and was not given a foot massage. I would not have paid for that add on if I knew that.

I was disappointed about having water. Maybe offer small individual water bottles? After a massage you need water. The plastic cover pulled the sheets off as you turned.

I miss the txt msg reminders and notifications for appointments as well for some reason I do not get the email one either causing me to be late for my appointment as I had to change my appointment from the week before and mixed up the time.

Sometimes there is not many options of times to schedule an appointment. I only prefer female masseuse. But other than that I am satisfied.
