Temperature check not given, water nit offered before or after the visit, therapist was extremely professional and knowledgeable however she used one hand at a time and felt like her finger tips instead of the whole hand

Things are just strange right now. I’m almost always satisfied with the services at hand and stone. The only complaint I have doesn’t have anything to do with the service. I’m disappointed the the company would charge my account even though the spa was closed indefinitely due to COVID. I have more credits than I can use. It’s difficult to catch up when you’re unable to utilize the services due to such unusual circumstances.

I asked for an earlier appointment and never received any feedback. I had some difficulty understanding the therapist’s instructions.

Allison was good but not as good as the girl I had before, I used to go to Debbie but she’s no longer there .She used oils that smelled good and and nothing hurt me after her massage, it was always so relaxing. But I’ll try Allison again and see how she is 2nd time I go . Don’t get me wrong she was good but not as relaxing and good as Debbie was.

Couldn't get the therapist that I usually get but the one that I had yesterday was just as good. I will use her again. So now I have a choice of two therapists. 😁

The appointment felt rushed. The impression I got was that the appointment was cut short so that the room could be cleaned and readied for the next customer.
