Hand and Stone

My receptionist at Broomall was a little rude. Great service with Sharon. Space felt small and a bit cramped.

Unforeseen circumstances which was not the persons fault but original appointment was canceled after waiting 20 minutes because of car trouble of the person doing my facial.

I was very satisfied with my experience at Hand & Stone. The value for service is excellent and a free upgrade facial was provided in celebration of their 10th anniversary.

Massage started 10 minutes late. I know we’re given 5 minutes to undress. I expected 5 extra minutes at the end. Massage ended at the usual time, five minutes before the hour.

It was my first massage and I thought I’d leave feeling so relaxed but I wasn’t. However that could’ve been totally my own fault!

The massage therapist was good, but the overall massage was different than others I have received before at that location. she did not use enough lotion at times.

My last massage was with Brittany and I forgot her name until I was told by the girl at the desk. I had booked on-line with Melissa, so I had massage by Melissa and was not happy with the massage. i did ask her for deeper pressure but was not satisfied with the massage. I would never hurt her feelings but after the massage I felt sore and did not sleep well at all that night. After the massage with Brittany I felt so relaxed and had a great night's sleep. I will remember her name for next time. It was my fault. I should have called and found out who I originally had do my massage.

Everything was cool, I wish you guys had tea. That would make the experience even more exciting. Overall it was still a great experience.

A pressure point that was massaged, became very painful, and even though I mentioned it, therapist continued with the same amount of pressure and did the same thing on the other side. It did not make for a good massage

The only problem I had was waiting about 15 minutes not a big deal
