Hand and Stone

My massage was 45min vs Alan hour.

I wasn’t as comfortable as I would have liked to be, but that’s based on something personal. I would also just have gotten a regular hot stone massage instead of the the salt next time.

Lights too bright. Not the calming setting I was looking forward to having.

I do not feel like I was given the full facial experience during my facial at Hand and Stone Spa. My esthetician did a great job during my facial, but I don’t think I got the full experience. First, my facial only lasted 40 minutes, I believe it is supposed to be a 60 minute facial. Another thing that I was looking forward to, which I sadly didn’t get to experience was the pore removing/extraction. I went to my facial with a family member and they told me they got the extraction part of the facial. I was looking forward to the full facial and was sadly disappointed in some of it. I would like to come back and try a facial again, but I would hope to be able to get the entire experience of the facial.

Esthetician not as good as others at location. No specific details given as to type of facial needed after looking at skin and I know there are several as I have taken advantage of them before. Esthetician passible but would not ask for her again. One in particular not available that day is very good. Felt that treatment was also shorted because it started late and ended early.

I wish there was some overall consistency at H&S between therapists. In general, my husband receives different “extras” like the table being warmed before he arrives and the hot, wet towel. I ask for the hot towel and since Linda C left I never get a hot towel. It’s very therapeutic when placed on the neck/back and also helps at the end to clean off excess product. The product used this time didn’t feel like the usual lotion, it felt like oil. Covered head to toe in oil I had to go back to work and my feet were slipping out of my shoes.

It was a nice experience. My first facial so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I would have liked to know a little about the process and products but then again I didn’t ask.

My room was closest to the lobby. I heard some door slamming which ruined the ambiance of the facial.

I had a facia while I was there, not a massage. The questions don’t really fit with that service. I enjoyed my facial very much and was very relaxed after.
