To be highly satisfied is a status I give for exceptional customer service. The service I received was good but that elite level is a completely different level of attention, ambiance and individualization.

I am always Highly Satisfied with Lori. I've had a few experiences with my membership - 1. They cancelled my account, saying I did so in writing, turns out, they cancelled the wrong account. 2. I made an appointment with Lori, I showed up & my appointment was with someone else. 3. Made an appointment with Lori, she wasn't in that day, received no notification.

My massage therapist was awesome, although she did not bring the supplies for the foot massage and needed to leave for that. Additionally, when she suggested a particular neck stretch I asked for details and she used all the medical jargon to explain what the stretch would do and where it was stretching from instead of simply telling me what the stretch would like look during the course of the massage. Finally, she took a long time to return to the room after I got ready. All of these items took away from the time for which I could have been being massaged.

I suffer from severe arthritis. Massage is not helping as much as I’d hoped it would. Any dissatisfaction is due to my own ailments, NOT the therapist or location.

I was in the waiting area at about 5:02 after using the bathroom my massage therapist was ready for me so I went right back she stepped out for me to change and didn’t come back until about 5:10 we didn’t start until about 5:15 and she finished my massage at 5:55 so it wasent a full hour which I should’ve gotten. So I got about 40 minutes of a massage that was supposed to be 60 minutes

The room could use more love. Decor, essential oils, plants. Etc. It feels very commercial styled.

My daughter and I had a couples massage because she is 17 and needs an adult with her. While my massage with Irina was fantastic, my daughter's massage with Megan was off. She didn't spend much time on her back and shoulders which was the purpose for the massage because she rows. Megan also gave her instructions throughout about breathing techniques that were more like yoga class than a massage. And lastly, she kept making these odd noises that were almost like grunts throughout the massage.
