Facial was good but I have had better at other spas.

I just felt that I was “rubbed” more than massaged- I did love that she paid attention to my feet and face which I feel are normally missed. I think Brittney was extremely pleasant just not the best massage I’ve had

I loved my therapist, and the girls at the desk. They are always on time and kind. Sometimes there is a little to much conversation during the service.

I felt that my therapist was rushing to get done and leave for the day. I don’t believe I got the full 50 minutes - close but probably a few minute short. Every minute counts! I was her last appointment. She was waiting behind the counter for her tip envelopes while I was checking out. It was just uncomfortable.

I haven't found a therapist as ggod as Kim who is not longer there. I always felt so good when I left with Kim. Tiffany was the best yet but is not as good as Kim was.

First time having this type of massage and thought i would feel more relaxed and relieved. Instead just felt like i was rubbed with scratchy stones for hour and concentrated on my feet and hands which i thought was odd. the table was luke warm so i was cold the whole time. i have had massages before and it was always relaxing from the music, warmth, massage, etc.

I called three times, put on hold and had to hang up after waiting longer than 3 minutes. The last time I called I did get through and got an apptl

I tried several times to book an appointment online, but the system kept telling me that the person I requested wasn't available so I had to start over. This happened several times, with the same people being shown so I think it was a bug in the system. Had to schedule over the phone. The massage was great, but the therapist didn't introduce herself or ask any specific questions about what I wanted.

My massage therapist is very good and knowledgeable.

The people who set tge appointment dont know how to listen or follow directions.
