The online booking site would not let me complete my reservation. Instead I called, and was put on hold for over 12 minutes. Receptionist repeated everything back to me as though she didn't understand the services offered. I expected "sorry you were having trouble, let's book that for you now." But no empathy, "Oh, you want to book a massage? For tonight?" No friendly greeting upon arrival - just basics - asked my name and told me to wait. When I left I again inquired about the online booking service - "Is that a consistent problem or just something quirky today?" "Oh I don't know. I guess people have complained about it..." Not helpful, not offering solutions. Just a body behind the desk. In contrast, my therapist Latoya was very nice and accommodating.

Waited over 10 minutes past apt time. Receptionist was alone and very busy and did not acknowledge me even though I introduced myself. I thought then that she didn't sign me in as I waited for the massage therapist but I couldn't ask her since she had a line of people to check out. My therapist finally got me and did extend my massage time to give me the 50 minutes. In the past, I've had 2 massages cancelled by your staff due to the therapist being out and no one available to cover. That's a bit a frustrating.

When calling the Receptionists are awful. The services are fine, but the check out always goes over the membership pricing when additional services are not used and Receptionist give you trouble using your services. Facials do not do what they say they will. Massage is nice. Location convenient. Ambiance is nice.

The masseuse and Aestatician were wonderful. My massage and facial were fantastic. I felt I was annoying the receptionist while trying to make my apt on the phone. And the receptionists during the visit seemed standoffish and I asked a few questions she wasn't able to answer.

I was highly satisfied with the therapist. She was very friendly, and wanting to find out problem areas I have and the pressure that I wanted to accomplish. I would truly go back and ask for her again as long as she is still there when I go back. I have had a couple people at least that I liked and the next time I asked for them they were gone.

Unless I book weeks in advance, it's impossible to get an appointment on the weekends. So I end up with packages piled up. I wish there was more availability.

I was satisfied with the experience. The massage therapist was extremely friendly and took great care of me. After the massage, I felt some discomfort. It wasn’t a great deal but just did not leave me feeling as good as past massages. This might have been from me taking a boot camp class in the morning.

Too much talking during the massage - I would have rather just relaxed and not needed to make conversation
