It is a bit expensive

I felt my massage was rushed and not relaxing

When I’ve had facials in other facilities they always included arm and hand massage, and often a scalp massage. I didn’t like the technician leaving the room for a long time while I had the masque on (good time for hand/arm massage!)

I was satisfied with my initial experience. I will base any further comments on additional services.

The anestitician put my mask on and started to clean up. She was very noisy, where in the past they did it quietly. She even dried a bowl with the towel under my head.

The receptionists were friendly but talked about other people that worked there while I was waiting. They don't seem to know or care that they are out with the guests and we can hear them speaking not very spa like. Also I stopped getting massages because the oil you use is way too greasy I feel like I have to take a shower after my massage even when the therapist wipes me off. I love Lori the estetition she is very professional and gives me a great experience very relaxing I like it better then the massage

The therapist I went to many times named Kim is no longer here. Yesterdays massage was good, much better than the the one in October which was terrible.. I have tried 4 different people over the past year and Tom was the best by far I just really liked Kim.She was the best I was not as happy checking out. I realize that the staff must make commission on selling the monthly membership however when I was asked and I said No, I cannot do it at this time I meant NO. This should have been the end of the conversation but it wasn't and that is not OK.

Have had services and experiences at high end spas that surpass the Hand &Stone experience. H&S is good value for money.

My massage was AWESOME! Kesiha was excellent!

The staff was complaining about management not hiring other people to work on the weekends. They were talking about finding other jobs in front of the costumers.
