Therapist is professional and has floating fingers. Don't like the new app, though. Can't access it to make appts, check on points for rewards, etc. (Never, ever can access it!) Should give people the option to use a regular computer or tablet instead of on the phone.

I have trust in Laurie, who always does my facials. She is very knowledgeable and an expert at her job.

Esthetician , was very good.

Patrice put me at ease as I was a bit nervous about a massage. It has been many years since I had one. She was able to release some tension I had and I still feel better...I booked another appointment before I left.
