Hand and Stone

I was booked for a massage, but wanted a facial. Luckily, so early he was available to do the he facial at that time. Technician did not write down the products she use or offer any samples.

Perfection is very hard to come by. There is always room for some improvement. Laura was fantastic though!

Hand and stone policy is 50mins instead of 60min.

Appointment did not start on time and did not receive full 50 minutes of service. Also no facial massage given

Bad communication between front desk and management. No follow up when i was promised a return call for days

I just feel that the cost is a bit high. It's probably just me and where I am in my life. This is such a special treat but, at times I feel guilty spending money on massages.

I had full leg waxing and multiple spots were missed.

It was my first massage, so I feel like I may have had higher expectations going into it than I should have. The woman was very nice, but I feel like since the form told her it was my first massage she went easy on me - could've asked for my input before assuming I didn't want a firm massage.

Although this therapist was nice, it just wasn't the right one for me. Specifically, I requested my neck definitely be included in the massage as it is my biggest pain area, and it was not.
