I was very happy with my visit.

The massage session started late and ended early. I was not provided with an hour of service

Very crowded behind the desk and I was told my therapist would be out shortly. When it was my time to go back, the receptionist gave a clipboard to the therapist for me to fill out and update. I could have done that while waiting. I said I would do this after my service and the receptionist said if I didn't sign then I cannot receive any service. I feel the customer service was lacking and the receptionist very rude. The saving grace was Linda, the therapist. She was wonderful and I made another appointment because of her.

Everything was fine and I was satisfied but there wasn't anything exceptional.

Receptionist was kind of rude

I was satisfied. To be highly satisfied it must exceed expectationsit met my expectations. I have an area on my outer hip which no therapist ever addresses at hand and stone after I request. I have never had a problem with this with past experiences at other places. It is a problem for me as it is not a 'questionable' area they say 'ok' but then don't touch it

Service provided was very good but I think I have had better facials there from other estheticians since I joined H&S.

I was actually hoping to purchase some skin care products and was not offered the opportunity to do so. Also, my session didn't begin until after 3:20, despite my being early for my appointment, but it ended promptly at 4:00pm. My Eshtetician was great however. Very patient with me.

The Massage Therapist did a nice job but my service was not a full hour. The Estetician was great and very knowledgeable. I just have one suggestion. It's nice when hot mitts and a hand massage is included. The receptionist that booked my appt was exceptional and so friendly and accommodating. He was very knowledgeable and the gold standard of customer care!! I had the Massage and the facial. It's nice to be offered a reception area to wait or relax inbetween services and also to be given a robe. I had to redress again. Overall Sharon the massage therapist and Danielle the Estetichian were very friendly and accommodating. Danielle did an exceptional facial massage and really knew how to treat my skin. I have sensitive skin and she was awesome.

Staff in reception area were extremely loud, talking about clients and cursing. Very unprofessional atmosphere.
