It was told it's an hour massage sessions when I signed up for the membership. Then told it's a 50 minutes . But you never get in on time and the massage always end 10 to 15 minutes earlier. So technically it's a 40 minutes session.

She told me the price was $60 when it was $40. For a full leg wax. The computer listed the wrong price.

My masseuce was excellent. But, I do feel they always take me a back a few minutes late then give me a minute or two to change (which it only takes me 30 seconds) and always end a minute early. So in the end I never get a full 50 minute massage. My massages are always great! I just feel that I never get the full time.

My experience was satisfactory, which isn't bad at all. I wouldn't have categorized it as a highly satisfying experience though. I think this would have to do with the staff. While friendly, when you come in, it wasn't an immediate "it's our pleasure" type of visit.

They did not have the wrap around towels, they were "out of them". So, I was forced to be naked under cover from waste up. I just think it should be a given that they have the basics.

It was a Saturday so the reception area was understandably busy. When I arrived, I had to provide my name (I was not asked) and was told they would let me know when my therapist was ready. However, every person that came in the door after me was greeted warmly and offered a drink of water (I was not). Also, when I checked out I was not asked about products OR if I wanted to book my next appointment. I think the reception area here is often too caught up in personal conversations, so you get what you get depending on what reception is doing at the moment. I think reception needs to focus more on the customer than their personal conversations.

Misunderstanding with the extra service (foot scrub). Therapist left massage to go get that ready. Never finished massage. But did the foot scrub instead. Felt this took time away from my massage. I paid an extra $15 for that so I felt it should have been in addition to my massage not during. Plus time taken away from massage to get it ready.

My masseuse was late for my appointment. Instead of transitioning seamlessly from my facial to my massage, I had to redress after my facial, sit in the waiting room for 15-20 minutes and then undress again for my massage.

The reception area was too crowded and the receptionists were busy taking care of tasks. The massuuse was very friendly and kind but I didn't like that she left oil on my body and it was very greasy.

Table did not work; which distracted the therapist. It would not move up and down. Also, the massage was disjointed feeling...too much time on the table with nothing occurring and abrupt endings to parts of the treatment. Unusual amount of time spent on my scalp, which was not what I had highlighted a focus area...
