Hand and Stone

I would have liked my massage therapist to encompass a more holistic approach by massaging my scalp and face. She spent a lot of time on my back and shoulders which was nice, but not much time on my feet, hands, or face.

The service was good but nothing out of the ordinary. The only complaint I do have is that the therapist left the face rest part of the table in the middle of the floor between the bed and my belongings.

I arrived early to fill out paperwork and was not brought back into my appointment until 5minutes past the start of my appointment so my appointment was cut short by 5minutes despite my early arrival

There was a lack of communication between staff and therapist who was scheduled to give me a facial. (I paid an extra fee for a peel) I was left in a room awaiting the arrival of the therapist to perform my facial. She claimed she thought I wasn't coming or was going to be late. I had a 2:00 massage which ended at 2:50 and I sat in another room with just a robe on until I finally went to reception area at 3:15. I wasn't offered any compensation or apology by anyone, just excuses. Let me point out the massage therapist was not at fault at all. I am not 100% sure that I received my entire treatment due to the amount of time I spent in the treatment room as I exited only 10 minutes later than I normally would have. This has never happened before and I hope it won't occur again. I really like this spa and would hate to have to find another. Thank you

It is rather pricey for the service you get and I felt obligated to leave a large tip for each service because of the cheat sheet that is located in your reception area. The girl that did my facial was new and she did not have an answer to many of the questions that I asked. The massage was good, but not the best I've ever had.
