Really enjoyed the facial I got. It was a smooth and relaxing atmosphere. I learned a lot about my skin as well. I would definitely come back for another facial.

Always satisfied. I’ve been seeing Tori for 11 years now and my skin has drastically improved. Tori knows exactly how to treat my skin and what products are good for me. I love that Hand and Stone carries a wide variety of Demalogica products and that as a member I get a discount.

The Lawrence Park location has a wonderful and knowledge staff. My esthetician is the best - I do not go to anyone else, including having facials when at a spa resort. My only complaint is she no longer works on Friday afternoons, but I work my schedule around hers as I only trust her with my skin. My skin glows!

Therapist is professional and has floating fingers. Don't like the new app, though. Can't access it to make appts, check on points for rewards, etc. (Never, ever can access it!) Should give people the option to use a regular computer or tablet instead of on the phone.

I have trust in Laurie, who always does my facials. She is very knowledgeable and an expert at her job.
