Hand and Stone

Greta takes good care of my face and addresses any concerns I have. She makes my facial feel so good and calming! Afterwards she will show me products I might be interested in, but no pressure to buy.

The estition was so pleasant she felt like a friend really wanted to please me. She kept asking if everything was okay.She remembered me from another time

The receptionist always greets me by name with a smile. Lori always provides a PERFECT facial and waxing. I always leave Hand and Stone like I’m walking on air.

I appreciate the experience that Lori has I appreciate the fact that she keeps a record of what we did in the past to my face. I appreciate the fact that Lori keeps a record of what I have purchased.

Greta did a wonderful job with my facial. It was relaxing and just what I needed. The only thing I don't like (and this has happened every time I go to Hand & Stone, no matter the location) is that they recommend products afterward. Greta was NOT pushy at all, simply explained one product that she thought I would like, but I feel like the staff is pushed to do this. I know they're just doing their job but it feels awkward.

Tom was excellent

The therapist Nas was a miracle worker - his general knowledge of the science behind aches and pains and how to relieve them was amazing. I rebooked my next visit with him.

Excellent esthetician. She is knowledgeable about products. Takes time to listen to my concerns. Makes recommendations about how to care for my skin in between appointments.

I enjoyed the service

Trish at Broomal location was great. She let me relax and didn’t try to have conversation. Would ask for her again.
