The staff member reviewed the requested services. She also explained the services since this was only the second time having this facial package. She made sure that everything was comfortable and satisfactory during the entire service.

She was AWESOME! Really knew how to id trouble spots, target, and fix them (over time). Do you have a chart or history that can be kept updated and reviewed just prior to my appointments? Also a great way to track and maintain progress and see what aras need repair the most vs ones that hold up better.

My Esthetician, Lori, is wonderful. I adore her. Always asks how my skin feels, is very knowledgeable, explains everything she will be doing. I was so relaxed that I have fallen asleep during her facials.
