Everyone was pleasant and I really enjoyed my massage experience!

I always feel welcome at H & S. Everyone greets me by name and knows exactly why I am there! I am pampered and taken care of whenever I have a service there. They also tell me when I have points I can use towards upgrading my service, which I appreciate.

I have the best massage therapist! I highly recommend Sharon to people looking for sports massage , deep tissue or anything specific. She is highly trained and knowledgeable

The staff are always very nice; they greet you with a smile ! The office is very clean Danielle is person I see when there; she has an Art for her talent ! She is always ready, she always smiles and she really takes pride in her work !

I have a membership and I use it to the best of my availability. The staff, all inclusive, are respectful, friendly, and very helpful!

The masseuse only did one motion on my back, full palm rubbing. The pressure wasn’t adequate. There was no kneading, which is usually what helps me feel best. There was no focus around the shoulder blades like I usually get. The massage was fine, but I wasn’t a fan of her routine/style of massaging. The lights were kept bright when I flipped to my front which was annoying.

Tom the massage therapist is excellent. I had to go through a couple of massage therapists that were OK but Tom is excellent

I told my therapist I was having problems with my hand feeling numb. My therapist spent extra time on my shoulder and arm. It helped.
