The vibe there was very relaxing. I just walked in and went straight to the facial room. I think that makes a huge difference to me since that place takes time seriously. The esthetician was very nice and made me feel welcome and relaxed.

Therapist is excellent. Massages satisfy tired, old muscles. Having enough credits to receive 80 minute hot stone massages is highly satisfying.

Jocelyn was the best. It was the best experience I’ve had so far at this hand and stone location. I feel like I was waiting to find the right masseuse for me and I finally found the perfect fit for my expectations in a massage experience! Thank you Jocelyn! I can’t wait to come back!

My facials are always amazing whenever I go to my Hand & Stone. She always checks my skin and asks about any problem areas. I always leave feeling refreshed with my glowing skin!

The massage Therapists know their stuff and deliver excellent deep tissue massages. It is easy to book an appointment either in person or over the phone. The place is clean on top of the Covid guidelines, so I do not fear for my health safety.

My esthetician Trina King was amazing. She knows my skin and is helping me prepare for my wedding. She’s friendly, kind and goes above and beyond.

I only see Danielle for facials and I am thrilled that she has returned from her maternity leave. I gave a dissatisfied rating for availability because I prefer Friday late afternoon appointments and Danielle is currently only working Monday's & Wednesday's (which I completely understand - I'm only being selfish). While in theory, I would highly recommend Danielle, I won't pass the word because her other clients must have the same high opinion - I scheduled my next appointment during check-out, and her next availability wasn't for 8 weeks. I need to keep Danielle as my secret for beautiful skin! :)

I am very satisfied with my experience with hand and stone for their friendliness and their helplines to make sure I enjoy myself and time. The place is highly clean and welcoming. There were a few bumps in scheduling but they did all the best they can to make sure they were still thinking of my needs in service and time. Very cooperative!
