The staff is always very friendly and asks a lot of questions concerning what I want to get out of my appointment, problem areas, etc.

I wasn’t dissatisfied or satisfied w products used- it was just oil. Not “too” anything. (Just trying to clarify my survey answer) The pre appointment online thing I admit I gave up on kind of quickly. I answered a page or so and I think it continued on. Too long. The massage was great. Loved it. I generally feel that each therapist has their own style and there’s always a benefit to me. Some people will never be pleased, including survey makers! I sincerely hope that “anything less than 100% of my answers being HIGHLY SATISFIED would be a failure “ is not true for Hand and Stone as it is for many other businesses that use surveys. Because that is 100% unrealistic.

The Esthetician, Danielle, is wonderful. I only book my appointments with her. She is knowledgeable and assists with product purchases and usage.
