Hand and Stone

Just returned to Hand and Stone , now that Covid restrictions have been lifted. It was well worth the wait. My hydration cold Stone facial was the best ,most relaxing treatment I’ve ever had.

Samantha is outstanding! She listens and adjust massage to where it is needed the most. Pleasant and relaxed. Definitely an asset to your organization.

This was my first massage, so I was nervous and not sure what I should do, ask for, wear etc. The staff was very helpful and assured me my questions are totally normal for newbees and helped me with every question. They waived the enrollment fee for me and now I have a membership and am so excited and I've already booked 2 more!!

My esthetician treats my concerns as if she was talking to a family member or friend. When I asked for advice regarding a product that she did not know, she looked up the product to determine the if the ingredients would meet my needs and recommend how to use the product and when to expect results. I do take her recommendations and have purchase products based on her recommendations, but she never pushes the products in the salon. For this reason, I believe she is honest and I value her opinion.

The message therapist was great. He was nice, had good pressure and really seemed to know how to treat problem areas (neck & shoulders!).

Tricia was awesome! Asked appropriate questions and kept interactions to a minimum. Very relaxing.

This was not my first time. I have been a member for several years and have never been disappointed with the service or any personnel. I look to go there and feel much better when I leave and, so far, that has always been the case. I continued my membership during the pandemic and have additional packages to use for my facial(s).
