Tanisha my massage therapist was knowledgeable and did a wonderful job. I am interested in reflexology I’m on my way out I did check with the front desk and they rescheduled me with a gentleman who does reflexology for next month. My recommendation to create a more friendly warmer hospitable atmosphere in your lobby would be to offer guess small bottles of water especially on the way out

I am having problems with my knees & hands! Tiffany was Excellent massaging & using the Hot Stones on those areas! She took extra special time on my right ankle (hair line fracture several years ago) to ease my pain. A very relaxing experience that day!

This is my first time at Hand and Stone. The experience was comfortable and Tom my massage therapist was excellent in addressing my needs for areas of concern. Tom was very polite and has a great sense of humor. Laughter is the best medicine. I was impressed with the warming tables!

My most recent experience at H&S was my best one so far. The front desk receptionist was extremely sincere, welcoming and knowledgeable. Afterwards, she seemed genuinely glad that I enjoyed my massage session, which was done by a massage therapist named Alyssa. I was blown away by Alyssa’s kindness, perfectly-pressured touch and knowledge of services that hand and stone could offer me. Alyssa informed me of available services from hand and stone that I was previously unaware of, which led me to book a future appointment before leaving! Allysa’s energy and the welcoming, clean environment made me feel cared for and at peace- exactly what a massage experience should provide.

I was very pleased with all aspects of the Broomall Hand & Stone. The receptionists were very friendly and pleasant, and the Danielle who did my facial was great.
