I really like my massage therapist and the esthetician who does my facials. They always remember things about me that make me feel comfortable and welcome. On the rare occasion that I’ve had any issues with my membership they’ve always been resolved quickly and to my satisfaction.

I really lucked out with my visit. Honey had a last minute cancelation so she was able to see me. This was my first time at Hand & Stone Broomall. It couldn't have gone any better. I signed up for a membership. Thanks for making this such a relaxing experience for me! See you very soon.

Lip wax was very clean and she explained the product that they use . No redness or irritation afterwards .

I was very satisfied with the massage. Very gentle but with enough pressure. If you can make me fall asleep it’s a plus.

The massage therapist, Honey, was amazing. She spent a lot of time on my problem areas and worked the kinks out. I was checked in right away, but we did start the session 15 minutes late. I had nowhere to be afterwards, so I didn't mind waiting, but it should have started on time. I recommended Honey to my sister and I will definitely be back. I am contemplating doing the membership program.
