Hand and Stone

I am highly satisfied with my Hand and Stone experience because of the appointment availability (days and times). I am also satisfied because I get to earn points as I pay my membership.

I was very satisfied as my masseuse targeted all the areas I needed help with. I was given the opportunity to participate in the monthly plan, which will be great for me. I am very happy with the availability to get my monthly massage on day and time that works great for my hectic schedule.

Deara is highly professional and capable therapist. She is not not afraid to use lots of pressure as requested.

Sheri is the best! Always so helpful, knowledgeable, and does an awesome job on my skin. I am so pleased with the facials!

Check in was easy. My massage therapist was great. She took my problems into account and solved them. The room temperature was not as cold as in the past, so I was able to relax. I was called by a representative of Hand and Stone about my comments about the room being way too cold and was told they were working on the problem and that seemed to be solved. I was surprised I was called about that. Very good PR.
