Sheri is the best! Always so helpful, knowledgeable, and does an awesome job on my skin. I am so pleased with the facials!

Check in was easy. My massage therapist was great. She took my problems into account and solved them. The room temperature was not as cold as in the past, so I was able to relax. I was called by a representative of Hand and Stone about my comments about the room being way too cold and was told they were working on the problem and that seemed to be solved. I was surprised I was called about that. Very good PR.
