good therapist, good atmosphere and easy to access

The moment I stepped foot into the Jericho facility, I was welcomed with a friendly and kind receptionist. The wait time was minimal. My massage therapist was caring and kind. She was so friendly and gave me a wonderful massage. I highly will recommend this facility to my friends.

This was my second visit at Hand and Stone. The location is perfect for me and I find the spa itself to be lovely, quiet and relaxing. This was a gift from my husband and he generously gave me an 8o min massage but I found it rather hard to book that extended time. However, once finally booked with Darlene I was very happy - she was nothing short of Ahhhhhhhmazing. She is a big reason as to why I will be returning. The reception staff could be a little warmer.
