from the time I stepped into the reception area I was greeted warmly and checked in easily. the reception area is very relaxing and serene. very clean and nicely decorated. My massage was done by Ashima who greeted me warmly and asked if I had any areas that needed special attention. I felt comfortable and respected at all times. I came away feeling relaxed without the muscle aches I had. thoroughly enjoyed every minute.
