Staff was friendly and helpful. They got me right in to the appointment right after my massage so I didn’t have to come back in another day.

The receptionists are professional and polite. Viviana did my facial and she took time to explain and gave me opportunity to ask questions. My facial was very relaxing and my skin is so much more hydrated!

I was greeted very nicely asked my name and acknowledged by name my appointment. The reception area is calm and relaxing. They are always punctual with the appointment times.

Love Hands & Stone at Jericho! I booked last minute & was only able to get an appointment for myself (usually my husband always goes with me). The day of the appointment I called to see if anyone cancelled & Gil answered. I explained to him I wanted to know if anyone cancelled because I would love to get my husband in as well. This way my husband didn't have to wait in the car for an hour until I was finished. Gil said give me a little & I will call you back. He called back & sure enough he was able to arrange an appointment for me and my husband at the same time! Amazing!!! This is why I will always drive 40 mins or more depending on traffic to go to this location, everyone super welcoming!
