I went to the spa because I was having trouble back pain from an old injury that I had Darlene from the Jericho location was amazing she asked questions And was very concerned with the areas that bothers me the most. She was extremely gentle and helped me feel at ease which is what I needed and now my back feels 100% better I will definitely be returning and I already told my co-workers about my fantastic experience

Clean, safe environment. Friendly, professional staff. Esthetician was amazing. Soft spoken, very attentive. Explained every step, each product and why my skin needed it. Very professional.

Sloan is a great massage therapist. She runs on time and listens to client concerns. If you like a good deep tissue massage you should give her a try.

It is a very professionally run operation. All the personnel are very friendly and competent creating a homey atmosphere. Lance Parker has been my masseur for a few years and is the best one I've ever had. Your website sucks. From time to time, I like to login to see my points. I can never get in. I was told to click on "book now" to get the login prompt but that no longer works. Phone calls to your corporate number NEVER get a response. HOW DO I GET TO LOGIN AND SEE MY MEMBERSHIP POINTS? My experience at Hand & Stone has been very great. From the moment I walked in I felt comfortable and respect. The massage therapist was great at asking for my preferences and meeting my needs during the massage.
