My facial was amazing. My esthetician was friendly and professional. It was extrtwmely relaxing and my skin felt great. She also told me how my skin was doing and identofied products to inprove it. I will definitely book her again!

James is an awesome masseuse. I’m always satisfied with the service and the welcoming atmosphere. Plus, men and women behind the desk are helpful and friendly.

Alyssa is great. She is always making me feel welcome. And she gives the best massages ever. Her hands are like magic.

I have a monthly rhythm and it's easy and comfortable. I see the same esthetician, I rebook a month out after each appointment and sometimes I buy products and upgrades. My only complaint is around the high cost of the upgrades and the use of language around the packages. I don't think of my package as a free thing that I have stored up, I think of it as the dollar value $89.95, it's money to me. So when I've already paid $90 to be there and I plan to spend at least $20 on tip, I'm already at $110. The estheticians hands are tied as to what products they can use with the basic facial. So to use the "better" products or customize to what my skin needs, I have to pay an additional $40 or more. My visits are more expensive than I'd like them to be.

The receptionist is always very friendly and helpful and my therapist, Brittany is amazing!!!! She gives a fantastic massage and is also very friendly!!!
