I've booked with Valentina for over a year and have yet to be disappointed, the receptionists have always been cheerful upon entering and leaving the establishment as well as always helpful in security an appointment that would fit my schedule.

The therapist, Brittany was very friendly and knowledgeable. She asked what areas I would like to have focused on and did concentrate on that area. I will certainly request her in the future, as I was extremely happy with the service she provided.

My massage therapist James is EXCEPTIONAL! I cannot commend him highly enough. James is very skilled in both his knowledge of the skeletal/muscular structure and the art of knowing which muscles need what types of pressure to release tension and promote relaxation. James clearly prioritizes the client's safety and comfort at all times. He is genuine in his approach and is respected by other therapists I have seen. I appreciate the team approach this H&S staff have toward each other. My only request would be a larger space: they are in tight quarters and often booked weeks out. Upper management should locate a larger space that allows for more rooms and therapists.

The employees are always very welcoming and knowledgeable.

I have been going to the same aesthetician for years. I really like Gina and how she has been able to help me in my skin journey as I age. The same cannot be said in your massage department. I’m constantly getting new masseuses and the turnover is very high.

I came in with a pinched nerve in my back and she specifically worked on that area. I felt much better when Leaving , perfect the next day!!!

Lisa made every effort to find my trouble areas and spend time massaging them. When a spot needed extra coaxing to relax, she added some heat and relax that muscle more easily. It was just what I needed!

I booked a couples massage for my wife and I. I was very happy with my massage by Anna and the appointment time options were reasonable. My wife enjoyed the visit but she did not have a very high rating for her massager. We concluded that he must be less experienced. His technique was inconsistent and he did not ask for feedback about pressure etc.

The staff at Hand and Stone were willing and able to adjust my appointment to include more than I had originally scheduled. Rachel, my esthetician was amazing in understanding what I needed and found the method to do it. I was able to use a gifted spa/facial/treatment from my daughter!

The last who helped me was great! I'd never done this before and she walked me through everything.
